La Schule was built in 1936 and originally served as the village school of Gollmitz.
For generations, children from the surrounding area came here to learn. The building became part of everyday village life. A place where people met, learned and spent time together.
A Restaurant
Gasthaus Krone
In 1982, the school became the Gasthaus Krone, a restaurant and gathering place for the village.
For decades, it was a place to meet, eat, drink and celebrate.
The spirit of the place has always been about bringing people together.

A New Chapter
Since we moved in 2023, we are restoring the building step by step, keeping its character while adapting it for a new purpose: a place for retreats, events, creative projects and gatherings.
We have planted more than 300 trees, started growing organic vegetables and are gradually transforming the surrounding land into a more diverse and sustainable landscape.
The project is and will remain a constant work in progress. That's part of the idea.
